Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Live Chat Officer to join our team at Philips in Rotterdam, NL. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively - Conduct research to find solutions to customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document interactions and customer feedback for analysis and improvement - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while assisting customers
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools
