Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Rituals Cosmetics, a leading beauty brand based in Utrecht, NL, is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, confident, and possess excellent planning and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Operations team to improve processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Assist in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations - Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects - Contribute to the overall success of the Operations department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and confident with a strong ability to adapt to change - Excellent planning and persuasion skills
