Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

SkinVision, a leading digital health company based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the organization is essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and maintain the day-to-day operation of our online platform, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. 3. Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention. 4. Conduct data analysis to track key performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making. 5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online operations.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and reliable with a strong attention to detail. 2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 3. Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online platforms. 5. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting. 6. Bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch is preferred.
