Job Description - Contact Center Officer

WeTransfer is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Officer to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through multiple communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
