Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Wercker, a leading tech company based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations. 5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements. 6. Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong project management and planning skills. 3. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 4. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
