Marketing Associate - Remote Work

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our team at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. This is a remote work position based in Eindhoven, NL, offering part-time hours at an Associate level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote KLM Royal Dutch Airlines - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth - Support the marketing team in campaign planning and execution - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software/tools - Adaptable to change and able to work independently - Driven to achieve targets and contribute to the success of the team
