Remote Accounts Receivable

Ultimaker, a cutting-edge technology company based in Eindhoven, NL, is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts - Process customer payments and apply them accurately to the accounts - Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding balances and resolve any issues or disputes - Prepare and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner - Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting as needed - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements to the accounts receivable process - Make decisions regarding credit limits and payment terms for new and existing customers

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to research and analyze information to make informed decisions - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred but not required - Must be legally eligible to work in the Netherlands
