Call Center Assistant

VanDutch Marine is looking for a confident and passionate Call Center Assistant to join our team at our office in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or issues - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or feedback - Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in the company database - Conducting research to be able to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Assisting with planning and organizing customer service initiatives - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong research skills to be able to quickly find information for customers - Excellent planning skills to prioritize and organize tasks effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
