Job Description:
TomTom is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a part-time Associate at TomTom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles who are hardworking and resilient.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up on any pending issues. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns and escalations. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards at all times. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions. 3. Strong people management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience. 4. Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 6. Hardworking attitude and a resilient mindset to handle high-volume customer inquiries.
