Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Remote Call Center Representative to join LiteBit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange based in Eindhoven, NL. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients regarding account inquiries, technical issues, and general support. 2. Providing accurate information about LiteBit's products and services to assist clients in making informed decisions. 3. Resolving client concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner. 4. Conducting research to address client inquiries and ensure accurate responses. 5. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy when inputting client information into the system. 6. Adhering to LiteBit's policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and compliance regulations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Strong research skills and attention to detail. 4. Motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
