We are looking for someone who is strong in working on internal stakeholder projects to enhance the working processes of our management system. Through experience and strong personality, you can achieve improvements on this, while incorporating our WoW (Way of Working) as a strong support in your daily operation. You are comfortable in working within a team, but you also thrive operating individually. You are good at relationship building and listening to the needs of the business.

This is what you will be doing as a Quality Advisor Offshore Energy

• Since this is a new role, we expect you to take ownership on moulding the content of this position and empowering your own entrepreneurship
• You are the booster and inspirator for the Boskalis Quality Management System / Way of Working (WoW) within the division, you will be supporting the BU in translating these WoW principles and Boskalis Core- values, Tasks and Tools.
• You are experienced in coordinating, drafting, and developing documents and systems for QA/QC, in line with contractual client agreements. Project Quality Plans, Inspection- and Testing Plans and as built records are examples.
• You are very constructive in building relationships, both internal and external, and you know how to successfully translate what is important for Boskalis and its subcontractors.
• You monitor the successful implementation of quality plans and their follow-up, conform contract agreements and the Boskalis quality standards.
• You monitor OFI / NCR’s and their follow-up / implementation close out
• You will be performing WoW independent verification audits and inspections on behalf of the BU’s. Not based on checklists but on key project elements.
• You are passionate about building a Quality organization and managing stakeholders.

You can make a difference as a Quality Advisorif you:

• If you have at least 5years of experience in a leading position with a focus on Quality and Process, preferably within the Offshore Energy business;
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO9001, or willing to acquire this certificate;
• Experience with operational processes and Project Management;
• Experience with relevant quality norms- and processes;
• Excellent mastery of the Dutch and/or English language.

Extra information

• Your team: You will work asQuality Advisorin the SHE-Q Team of the Offshore Energy Division. This team has approx. 5 members.
• Where you will work :You will be working from our beautiful Campus in Papendrecht. You will visit project sites abroad on a regular basis (approx. once a quarter).
• Full/part-time job: This is a fulltime position (40hrs a week). 32 hours is negotiable. In consultation with your manager 1 or 2 days working from home is open for discussion.
