Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Protix is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our dynamic team, working remotely from Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. We are looking for a hardworking and energetic individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support for our products and services, troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of support interactions. 5. Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer issues to improve overall product experience. 6. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline support operations. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using support software and CRM tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
