Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Fugro is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and hardworking individual with excellent time management skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize company resources to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in chat processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of chat interactions for future reference.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 4. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web chat software. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
