Operations Associate - Remote Work

Ikeja Electric is seeking a motivated and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operations and coordinating tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence - Support the Operations Manager with various administrative tasks - Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Decision-making and problem-solving skills - Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions
