Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kuda Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing efficiency.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency - Monitor call center metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for call center staff - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and call center management


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset - Resourceful and confident in decision-making - Experience in people management and team building - Ability to conduct research and analyze data to make informed decisions - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
