Job Description - Online Call Center Representative

Job Description: Kuda Bank is seeking an Online Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Abuja, NG. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online banking customers through phone calls, live chat, and email communication. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on various banking products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. 2. Provide accurate information about banking products and services. 3. Assist customers with online banking transactions and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet performance targets and metrics set by the company.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. 2. Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively without constant supervision. 3. Strong teamwork and cooperation skills to collaborate with colleagues and support team goals. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. 6. Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
