Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Interswitch Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the online contact center operations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze contact center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor contact center staff to ensure high-quality customer service. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Implement technology solutions to enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in contact center management. 2. Strong project management and communication skills. 3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Experience with online customer service platforms and tools. 7. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
