Job Description:
IHS Towers is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Associate in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Online Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various digital platforms. This role requires a high level of adaptability and independence, as well as strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and returns - Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and social media
