Job Description - Online Personal Assistant

Job Description:


Ikeja Electric is seeking a highly motivated and organized Online Personal Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Online Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our executives, managing their schedules, and handling various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage executives' emails, calendars, and appointments. 2. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. 3. Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed. 4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 5. Assist with personal errands and tasks as required. 6. Respond to inquiries and communicate on behalf of the executives. 7. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. 8. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent organization and time management skills. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Driven and resilient personality traits. 7. Critical thinking and negotiation skills. 8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
