Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a dynamic and driven Web Chat Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for leading our web chat team and optimizing our chat platform to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure team goals are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of web chat strategies with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Collaborate with IT and software development teams to implement new features and enhancements to the chat platform - Conduct regular training sessions for web chat agents to enhance their skills and performance - Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators related to web chat performance - Provide regular reports to management on web chat performance and key metrics

Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in web chat management - Proven track record of successfully leading a team of web chat agents - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web chat software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
