VeriPass is hiring experienced Sales Closers to convert qualified leads into paying clients for our immigration advisory packages.
The role involves speaking with prospects who have either booked a free 30-minute Discovery Call, attended our webinar, engaged with our ads, visited our website, listened to our podcast, or shown interest through our outreach campaigns.
Your main responsibility is to understand each prospect’s immigration goals, assess their needs, explain how VeriPass can support them, handle objections, and close them into the full VeriPass package.
The package value is $5,000 per client.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Discovery Calls with qualified prospects.
Understand each prospect’s background, goals, timeline, and immigration concerns.
Explain the value of VeriPass’ immigration support package clearly and confidently.
Present the $5,000 package to qualified prospects.
Handle objections around pricing, timing, trust, eligibility, and decision-making.
Follow up with undecided prospects until a clear decision is made.
Ensure payment links are sent promptly after a prospect agrees to proceed.
Track all call outcomes, notes, objections, and next steps in the CRM.
Work closely with Customer Support to follow up on booked calls, no-shows, and pending payments.
Escalate complex legal or eligibility questions to the immigration/legal team.
Compensation
Package Price: $5,000 per client
Commission: 5% per closed client
Commission Per Sale:$250 per closed client
Commission is earned only when the client successfully makes payment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a confident, persuasive, and ethical sales professional who can close high-ticket service offers without being pushy or misleading.
You should be able to build trust quickly, ask strong discovery questions, identify buying intent, handle objections professionally, and guide prospects toward a decision.
Requirements
Proven experience as a sales closer, appointment closer, or high-ticket sales consultant.
Strong phone, Zoom, and/or WhatsApp sales communication skills.
Ability to sell a $5,000 service package confidently.
Experience closing service-based, consulting, coaching, legal, immigration, education, or professional advisory offers is preferred.
Strong objection-handling skills.
Ability to follow up consistently without sounding desperate or aggressive.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and updating lead records.
Excellent spoken English.
Professional, respectful, and trustworthy communication style.
Ability to work with targets and performance expectations.
Key Performance Indicators
You will be measured by:
Number of Discovery Calls completed.
Show-up-to-close conversion rate.
Number of clients closed.
Revenue generated.
Payment completion rate.
Quality of CRM updates.
Speed and consistency of follow-up.
Ability to handle objections and re-engage undecided prospects.
