Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Nestlé, a leading global nutrition, health and wellness company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide product information, guidance, and support to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high level of customer satisfaction - Monitor online customer reviews and respond accordingly - Identify and report recurring issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual with a positive attitude - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online customer support platforms and tools - Experience in handling difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
