Job Description:

As an Online Operations Associate at Access Bank in Ibadan, NG, you will be responsible for managing the online operations of the bank through various digital platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the daily online operations of the bank's digital platforms. 2. Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations. 3. Communicate with customers through online channels to provide support and assistance. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve online processes and procedures. 5. Analyze data and generate reports on online banking activities. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in digital banking. 7. Assist with the implementation of new online banking initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry. 3. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 4. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online banking platforms. 7. Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
