Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

SLB is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Operations Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our online operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and maintain the online platform, including product listings, inventory management, and customer inquiries. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. 3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of new online initiatives to enhance customer experience. 5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. 6. Provide support to customers and resolve any issues that may arise. 7. Research industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition. 8. Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or online operations. 3. Strong project management and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 7. Experience with online platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
