Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Paylater is seeking a detail-oriented and independent Online Operations Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with no specific years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Manage daily online operations tasks including order processing, customer support, and inventory management - Ensure accurate and timely processing of online orders and payments - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist in implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall online customer experience - Maintain accurate records and reports related to online operations - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity

Requirements: - Reliable and independent with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with online platforms preferred - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
