Operations Associate

Job Description:

Ikeja Electric is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within the company. This part-time position is suitable for an individual with at least 2 years of experience at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating operational activities and projects within the company. 2. Manage and track operational data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. 4. Support the development and implementation of operational strategies. 5. Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating when necessary. 6. Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and procedures. 7. Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Hardworking and resilient individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
