Job Description:

TotalEnergies is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Operations Associate will be responsible for managing various operational tasks remotely. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and analyze remote operations to ensure smooth functioning. 2. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to coordinate tasks efficiently. 3. Provide support to the operations team by handling administrative tasks remotely. 4. Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations processes. 6. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a remote operations or similar role. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication tools. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
