MTN is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the telecommunications industry. As a Remote Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our remote teams.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating remote team activities and ensure smooth communication between team members - Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving remote operations efficiency - Help monitor and track team performance metrics - Assist in organizing remote team meetings and events - Support the implementation of new remote operation initiatives

Requirements: - Strong dedication to the job and passion for the telecommunications industry - Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data effectively - Ability to adapt quickly to changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
