Operations Associate

Job Description:

Ikeja Electric is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the coordination and execution of day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management. 2. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes. 3. Support the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments. 5. Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. 7. Hardworking and motivated with a strong dedication to meeting goals and deadlines. 8. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
