Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

MainOne is looking for a passionate and confident Operations Associate to join our team, working remotely from home in Ibadan, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires 4 years of relevant experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. 2. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to streamline processes and improve productivity. 3. Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste. 5. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to coordinate operations. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures. 7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 8. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. 3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 6. Strategic planning and adaptability skills.
