Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Associate to join our team at Guaranty Trust Bank. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Abuja, Nigeria on a part-time basis. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations, while also contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations tasks, including data entry, processing transactions, and maintaining records - Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate operations and ensure timely delivery of services - Support management with various tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively - Resourceful and adaptable to changing circumstances - Strong negotiation and time management skills
