Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Halliburton is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, creative, and possess strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client interactions and feedback - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations for client retention and growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours on a remote basis
