Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team at NNPC Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support and services provided to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty to the company. This position is part-time and is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support representatives, assigning tasks and overseeing their performance - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty - Handle complex client issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall client experience - Monitor client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement training programs for client support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in client support.
