Job Description:
Standard Chartered Bank is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Abuja, Nigeria. This position will be conducted remotely, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. 6. Develop and maintain customer support KPIs and metrics to track team performance and effectiveness. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role for at least 8 years. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 8. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
