Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Manage client inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Utilize online tools and platforms to engage with clients and provide support - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and proactive attitude towards client service - Experience in people management and presenting to clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
