Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Halliburton in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Utilize online tools and resources to enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting - Resourceful and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong people management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online platforms and tools - Adaptability to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
