Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team at Tropical General Investments. This part-time position is based in Ibadan, NG and is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with any account-related issues or questions 3. Provide guidance on our products and services to clients 4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with client accounts 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and reliably - Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in a customer support role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
