Job Description:
Chevron Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team in Abuja on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, it is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for client support.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Provide support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in maintaining client databases and records - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Assist in the development of client support strategies and processes - Collaborate with management to improve client support services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Strong attention to detail
