Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Guaranty Trust Bank is looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Update customer records and information accurately in the database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives to promote customer loyalty and retention. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Dedicated and driven personality traits to excel in a fast-paced work environment. 5. Knowledge of banking industry practices and procedures is an advantage. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
