Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information, answer questions, and address complaints - Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
