Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description: British American Tobacco is seeking a motivated and dedicated Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will work from home and be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in Lagos, NG.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content - Support in organizing events and promotional activities - Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists - Collaborate with external partners such as agencies and vendors

Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for marketing - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
