Job Description:


Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a confident and dedicated Office Manager to work from home in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position at the associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making and negotiation skills to effectively manage various administrative tasks and projects.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in processes 2. Manage virtual communication channels and schedule meetings 3. Create and organize office documentation, reports, and presentations 4. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for office supplies 5. Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding and payroll 6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data securely 7. Support executive team with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and virtual communication tools 3. Strong organizational and time management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
