Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

British American Tobacco is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and will possess strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through the web chat platform to provide support and assistance with inquiries - Respond promptly to customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web chat software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
