Support Manager

Job Description: PwC Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of support services to our clients. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement support strategies to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and strategy development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in a support management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve complex problems - Passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
