Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Recruit onboard and train field sales executives to expand the sales team and reach new markets. Provide ongoing coaching training and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Set clear sales objectives and performance expectations for team members and monitor their progress. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity innovation and continuous improvement. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments such as underwriting and claims to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prepare regular reports on team performance sales metrics and market trends for management review. Stay uptodate on industry developments competitors and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Previous experience in team leadership management or supervision is required. Demonstrated experience in recruiting onboarding and building a highperforming sales team. Strong understanding of insurance products underwriting guidelines and industry regulations. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
