Your tasks

• Coordinating the further development of a strategy for designing the interaction of the IT processes managed in the department
• Moderating strategic workshops in portfolio management
• Helping to coordinate interfaces with internal and external institutions and customers
• Implementing the portfolio strategy in the department and rolling out the portfolio
• Independent recording of business and technology initiatives and their coordination
• Supporting the development and maintenance of a service catalog according to ITIL

We expect

• Completed scientific university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in the field of economics or IT or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of task-relevant professional experience in the IT sector
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in agile methods and scaling agile development processes, ideally with SAFe

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in project and program management
• Knowledge in the development of IT strategies is desirable
• A high level of communication skills, a pronounced customer orientation, a structured way of working as well as strategic and holistic thinking and the willingness to travel occasionally round off your profile
