Overview:
The Project Engineer plays a key role in developing customised engineering solutions for a variety of industries for the installation of our printing, coding and labeling solutions. This involves a collaborative and dynamic approach, combining expertise from multiple engineering disciplines to deliver innovative, effective, and cost-efficient results that align precisely with customer needs.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, you will be involved throughout the product and system development life cycle, from the initial concept through design, development, and final deployment. Your tasks will include:
- Analysing customer requirements to develop functional and reliable solutions.
- Creating detailed designs and managing production processes such as machining, fabrication, and assembly.
- Developing and programming PLC and PC-based applications to enhance system integration and functionality.
- Leading system installations and conducting customer training to ensure effective operation.
- Providing ongoing technical support and managing maintenance activities to maintain system performance.
- Documenting all project activities and upholding high standards of engineering and operational practices both in our facilities and on customer sites.
