Job Description - Office Administrator - with Growth Opportunities

We are in need of an adaptable Office Administrator to join our elite team at CKL NZ Ltd in Newmarket, Auckland.

We are a multi-disciplinary land development consultancy based in Newmarket. A position is available for an outstanding, friendly and details-focused Office Administrator to join our fun team. 

You will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our Auckland office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and a willingness to learn about the industry. 

You must have a current right to work in NZ.

You will be responsible for:

  • General Office Admin (ie. greeting office visitors, responding to queries, Director admin support, vehicle, apparel and property management, preparing for staff meetings, maintaining office environment etc)
  • People and Event Co-ordination (ie. organise staff events and celebrations, training, conference and accommodation bookings, function logistics etc)
  • Marketing (social media posts, client newsletters, liaise with marketing consultant etc)
  • Finance (ie. manage month end invoicing, archive job files etc)
  •  Other tasks, as required. 

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Exceptional Internal & External Customer Service
  • Fabulous communicator
  • Must be a completer, finisher
  • An eye for detail
  • Manage multiple tasks
  • Be organised and know how to plan and prioritise
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Competent user of MS Office
  • Competent user of Xero
  • Hold a current NZ Drivers Licence.
  • Current right to work in NZ

Office based position - Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
