Qualifications & experience

• experience in accounting experience in Capricorn payment will be ideal.

Tasks & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Handle routine administrative tasks related to accounting, such as data entry and filing.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
