About us:
The Supported Life Style Hauraki Trust takes a unique approach to providing support services for people with disabilities in our community. We work hard to be the chosen disability service by providing a collective foundation that promotes a sense of belonging, support, and trust to each Life Styler. This means they can be as independent as possible in all aspects of life. To do this, we ensure the Life Styler’s needs are met physically, psychologically, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and culturally.
About the role:
Our welcoming environment is thriving, and we now need an Accounts & Data Administrator. This role works within a small team of like-minded individuals who love what they do for the community.
Accounts
Assisting with invoicing and submissions for the Trust’s various funding/revenue streams and reviewing receivable balances to follow up regarding overdue invoices. Processing payable invoices and assisting with review of supplier statements, along with cost recharges including processing staff expense and mileage claims. Preparing analysis of accounts and supporting end of month processes and reconciliations. Assisting with regular reconciling of bank, card, and loan accounts in XERO and providing cover for other staff as required.
Data Administrator
Designing and implementing Intranet modules for use by the Trust (eg: rostering, training modules, recording of skills & qualifications). Developing guides for users of how to navigate these modules and being the point of contact for related queries. Providing data analytics and reporting for management as requested along with accurate and timely financial and non-financial information as requested.
About you:
You will come from a strong background in Accounting and Data analysis alongside:
You must possess the right to work in New Zealand and a willingness to undergo police vetting and additional checks in order to be considered for this position.
